Amazing Race Project #3 Completion!!

This layout was our #3 assignment.
The instructions were to create a 2-pg layout using the "Pop Star" line, with the theme of
"My Perfect Day" also making it an interactive page.
This is my take on it with those things in mind.
The title is "1 Perfect Day".
I have always loved this "Pop Star" paper line. Every time I work with it, it becomes a color inspiration to me.
If you click on these pictures you can see a little closer view.

Enjoy!!!

The center of these arrows is one interactive part.

Then under the first flip-up..there's another page turner right beneath it.

This accordian mini-book holds 10 photos and is secured with a ribbon. This is on the right hand page at the top right corner. This is the 2nd interactive piece to this page. Couldn't just do one.
A close-up of the first 5...
A close-up of the second 5..
Hey! Whose that man in the pink shirt with me and Ash?
Oh, it's Lance, owner of Rusty Pickle.
A close-up side view of the of the arrow booklet.

The title and frame.

I love this paper line, and lime green is my all time favorite color.
Add the turquois and a dot of red and your on your way.

Hope you enjoyed the layout.
If you have any questions, email or FB me.

On to Clue #4..be back to share it later.

Amazing Race-Project Two Completion!!!

This is Project #2 completed!!!!

Our task was to create a mini book with the theme,
"Why do you want to be a Rusty Pickle Chef(designer)?

I love doing mini books, however, this one was a challenge. First I had to really ask myself that question. Sounds crazy, I know. Once I had that accomplished, the ideas then came flowing but I had a run-in with my schedule on this one...it put me way behind, but then I had to do double time which gave me unnecessary stress.
I am happy with the final result and I did get it uploaded in time.
Whew!! That was a scary one!!

There is a funny kick to this book, so be ready....lol!!!
Enjoy!!!

Now we're waiting for Clue #2..www.Rustypickle.typepad.com
