Happy Birthday to our Shine!!!
I know it was yesterday but I was dealing with some things that one day I will be able to share here, but for now, I just want to say that I have the best daughter in the world. She's great!!!

This is her at school...I took Taco Bell to her for her and her friends to celebrate..of course, when she walked thru the gate with her food, everyone said,
"Happy Birthday Sam!!!"..I wonder if the food had anything to do with it?
We decided to give her a party in a few weeks for good reason..I shall share more on that a little later, but we wanted to do something special on the night of her birthday,
so we decided to go to dinner.
This is the kids in the car on the way to dinner....

This is the kids in the car on the way to dinner....
Kameron, Shine and Brooklin...I sure am blessed!!!
The boys....looks like Kam is trying to help me out there...
What is she drinking anyway??
I just love this girl...as she is growing, she is becoming my friend.

Brooklin and the bird...no it's not the Egle bird, but the "Red Robin"..she should have made him do her famous pinkie promise!!!
This girl was quite hungry...she prayed and ate before we all even realized it...she was giving the kitchen help a hand...she loved her mac n cheese.
Shine with her presents Aunt Sheri and Unle Rick sent to her..she made Kameron carry those boxes in the resturant. Then she laughed at him.
What's in this bag? It's from mom & dad...it's an ipod, iphone, cd,radio, alarm clock...no excuses for not waking up now. Waking up is not the problem, however, getting up is...yes she's 14. It's normal.
Shine,Bernie and Kevin..so glad they could join us. We thought Bernie needed a break from the wedding plans. Just for a bit Bernie..
Shine and Mema...she took Shine shopping Thursday night for her birthday. She bought her the outfit and flip flops she was wearing in the first picture. She wanted something to wear to school the next day for her birthday.
Thanks Mema!!!
Ok, so when you go anywhere with our family, there's always a funny story...
well, this night was no exception...here it is:
(if you don't want to hear, plug your ears, better yet just plug your nose)....
Brooklin went to play on the games and Shine came to tell me she thought Brooklin had an accident in her pants (well, actually she said, "Mom, I think Brooklin crapped her pants").
So I went to check her and sure enough she had pooped but this one was a little different than the norm.
It appeared to have been present at one time in her pants but now it was missing.
Could it be?? No way!!
This is too much even for the Egle's,
ok so this time I may agree with Unle Rick, the Gump's!!
We searched everywhere and could not find the missing item, we did smell it though..we looked under the table, chairs, games, followed her tracks and nothing.
Even Kevin, Berndette and Bethany helped with the search.
Everyone was looking at us like you do when you watch everyone search for something in a public place, mostly wondering, "what did they lose?"
I was just really hoping no one would ask, and they didn't, thank goodnesss.
Well, we never found it..even had we found it, what would we have done with it? Well, it's obvious that we would have picked it up like dog poop but really in a resturant, and as you are walking away it is at table level and smell level for everyone. No WAY!!!
As we decide that it's best to just stop looking and leave, Bernadette says, "Lets blow this joint"...my only response is, "Well, I think Brooklin already did."
So if you are reading this and work at Red Robin or any resturant, I am completely sorry and would have taken the evidence away had I found it.
We did leave an excellent tip, but I'm sorry, it still would not have been enough to deal with that.
So there you are...you never know what will come up (or out) when you are with the Egle's. It's a fact that I do now agree with.
Well, that was Shine's birthday night. As I said earlier, we are giving her a party in a few weeks. Will be a blast...she knows of the party but not the details of it. I refuse to share with her.
She will love it. That's all I'm saying for now.
Anyway, we love you so much Shine!!!
We hope you had a great birthDAY!!!
There's more to come.
Til next Time with T!!!
